Box & Packaged Coolers
Box coolers are packaged units that contain all the elements of an air blast water cooler and pump set – Fan, Coil, Pump, Stainless Steel Tank, Interconnecting Pipe Work, Valves and Fittings.
Integrated fan and pump controls are included to make this a standalone unit.
As standard, box coolers are available for nominal capacities between 10kW and 300kW. Please see our Box Cooler leaflet for further details.
Packaged flat bed or V-bank style coolers can be supplied with a pump set and the two, can be mounted on common cooler and pump set steels with interconnecting pipework and electrics.
These are available for nominal capacities of between 100kW and 1000kW.
Transtherm have designed this style of ‘plug & play’ cooler/pump set to reduce time on site and offer easy commissioning including only a single lift, single electrical supply and single set of water connections. It also offers the peace of mind of having a single point of responsibility.
